Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome your furry friends to join you during your stay at Blooma. While we do not charge a pet fee, please note that a $400 USD charge will apply in the event of any damages caused by pets. Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Is Blooma Accessible?

Our Iris and Lotus rooms are suitable for a wheelchair access only. Unfortunately, we do not have any accessibility to the pool area.

Can i check-in after hours?

Yes, late check-ins are no problem! Our check-in time starts at 3 PM, and while our front desk closes at 10 PM, we’ve got you covered. Simply complete your check-in online before your arrival, and we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to access the hotel and your room. You’ll be all set to settle in at your convenience!

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can extend your stay however it is subject to availability! Manage your booking easily through the Whistle app, or feel free to contact us directly—we’ll be happy to assist you with the process.

Do you offer a late check-out?

Check-out is from 11am. Late check-out is subject to availability at an additional charge. Please check with reception or contact us through whistle to confirm.

Do you offer early check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm. An early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Do you have luggage storage?

Luggage storage is available upon request. Since we don’t have a dedicated storage area, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll try to assist you!

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

We’d be happy to arrange a shuttle pickup for you! Please provide us with your arrival details (such as your flight or location), and we’ll confirm the best pickup time for you. Let us know if you need any assistance!

Do you have carparking?

We offer limited parking spots, which are available upon request. To ensure a spot, please contact us in advance, and we’ll reserve one for you.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception is open from 7am – 10pm daily.

How can I pay for my stay?
