Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

1.1. The Blooma Boutique Hotel Day Pass grants non-hotel guests access to designated amenities and facilities for a specified period.

1.2. Day Passes are subject to availability and may be limited based on hotel occupancy.

1.3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual at its discretion.

 

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. Day Passes must be pre-booked online or purchased at the hotel reception. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the pass.

2.3. Day Pass fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3. Inclusions & Access

3.1. The Day Pass includes access to selected hotel facilities, such as the pool, lounge areas, and designated dining spaces.

3.2. Some amenities may have additional charges (e.g., spa treatments, tours, additional menu items).

3.3. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests must purchase food and drinks from hotel outlet.

 

4. Check-in & Check-out

4.1. Guests must check in at the reception upon arrival and present a valid ID.

4.2. Day Pass access is only valid for the date and time specified at the time of purchase.

4.3. Passholders must vacate the premises by the designated time to avoid additional charges.

 

5. Guest Conduct

5.1. Day Pass holders must adhere to all hotel policies and follow staff instructions at all times.

5.2. Proper swimwear and attire are required in all pool and lounge areas.

5.3. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, intoxication, or disregard for hotel property, will result in immediate removal without refund.

5.4. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. The hotel is not responsible for unattended minors.

 

6. Liability & Responsibility

6.1. Blooma Boutique Hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Guests are responsible for their personal items.

6.2. Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising during the visit.

6.3. In case of emergency, guests must follow hotel safety procedures and staff instructions.

 

7. Cancellation & Modifications

7.1. Day Pass bookings are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

7.2. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify Day Pass access due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or maintenance requirements.

 

8. Other Terms

8.1. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2. By purchasing a Day Pass, guests agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.
